There is nothing like the human face! The divine spark in every person fascinates me, and it is that which I try to capture. 

For the past year I have worked almost exclusively in pastel, a medium that is nearly pure pigment (color) and allows layering and blending to achieve smooth and well as rough textures. I'd love to paint a portrait for you! I enjoy painting pets as well--be sure to check out my gallery.
